Why do you think that i get a hangover/headache every time i take coffee?

I drink tea most of the times, almost everyday. Green tea, Chinese Tea, Chamomile tea, etc.
Sometimes i’d like to have a coffee. But whenever i do get myself a cup of coffee i tend to get somekind of hangover. Headache maybe or some people might describe it as migraine. I don’t know… but why can’t i drink coffee like all other normal people in the world? Just wondering. Anybody have any idea bout this?

Caffefine, although no one likes to say, is a drug. It’s addictive. Honestly, I’m kind of addicted to Iced Tea. I drink it every morning to wake me up and because it’s delicious. I love it. And when you try to break an addiction, you body doesn’t want to let it go, so it fights back. So, I would say, try to ween your self off of tea. If you want, that is. Clearly, I’m not taking my own advice.
    Hope I helped! =]

The caffeine content in coffee or pop will give you a rebound . My neurologist lectured me on the effects of coffee not being beneficial to people who suffer from migraines.

The green tea that you are drinking does not have the caffeine content that coffee does..

    Switch to Decaffeinated Coffee.
You obviously have a low tolerance to caffeine.

You cannot handle the caffeine It’s too much for you,,,
Start by having De-cafe and slowly work your way up

Or just stay away from it completely ,,,,Just a thought

Caffeine raises your blood pressure thus the vascular system in your body can expand causing headaches.

Guess what? One of the things my Neuroligist has suggested is that I take magnesium, B2, & some strong coffee like espresso to get “RID” of a migraine.

Sometimes it works and other times not.
