The best thing to do is drink a glass of water per drink as you are drinking it. Kidney’s and liver are already doing double duty, no meds no aspirin, advil, ibuprophen, aceteminophen none

   When I woke up, I drank 1 can of regular coke, and took 2 Excedrin Migraine pills. I felt normal the rest of the day.

    the best thing to do is open a beer right before you fall asleep and then when you wake up drink that warm flat beer

    drink lots of water to induced you frequent urination. your blood has still alcohol in it so you need to cleanse it and flush it out through urination. Cleansing is done by the kidneys so that means plenty of water is needed. Take a bath also to rehydrate your skin and awaken your senses. Maybe your hungry now, so eat a lot. Medicine? don’t damage your liver by unnecessary pain relievers.
