    Ice cold water or Gatorade. The reason you hurt so badly from a hangover is because you’re dehydrated. Just keep pushing fluids.

    Lots of fluids and I also kept active as it kept my mind off how bad I was feeling If you just sit or lay around you just feel worse than keeping busy.
