How do i avoid a hangover tomorrow morning?
Tonight i am going out for a friends 18th. The only problem is i have a football match tomorrow morning so i want to avoid getting a hangover!
I am planning on getting smashed so what must i be doing now and after to avoid the hangover!

well, they have a pill that prevents it; cant think of the name but you can get it at any gas station for like eight bucks.

Put lots of ice in your drinks
Have a full stomach
Before you start drinking ask the bartender to limit your drinks
you are going to need a lot of citrus drinks like 7up or orange juice, the antioxidants will flush your system. also you will need about a gallon of water afterwards, because the alcohol will dehydrate you

call someone and tell them you cannot make it to the football match tomorrow because if you get smashed you will have a hangover!
have a fry this probably wont work but will make getting out of bed easier. other than that man up its your 18th happy birthday

Drink lots of water or Powerade before you start drinking. Your body needs to be fully hydrated because the alcohol dehydrates you and that’s what causes a lot of the hang-over effects.
Try and drink a glass/bottle of water every drink or two.
Also, do NOT take Tylenol after drinking. Here’s why: “While it may be alright to take a couple of aspirin to deal with a hangover, don’t take a couple of acetaminophen (Tylenol) tablets. Alcohol with acetaminophen is a recipe for potentially lethal liver damage.”

Duh,the only way your going to avoid a hangover tomorrow is to not get smashed tonight!
Drink water. Lots of it. Like, at least a glass of water for every drink you consume. And that’s on top of the water you should be drinking throughout the day anyhow. Alcohol dehydrates your body. Most of your hangover symptoms are caused by dehydration. And since most people don’t drink enough water anyhow, and therefore are dehydrated already when they start drinking alcohol, it makes it even worse for them.
